Carlene Kyte

Carlene is a Digital Manager and UIUX Manager for Learning@Cisco. She is an Innovation Leader and Champion for HackIT, Cisco’s largest 24-hour global hackathon, and a Mentor for the Innovate Everywhere Challenge program. She is passionate about making an impact in education, enabling everyone to innovate and have a voice, uncovering and developing other people’s strengths, and making it easier to be a #motherworking. Carlene is most proud of her children. They inspire her to pursue her passion of improving the experience of working parents. Carlene is an advocate for babies-in-the-workplace programs and hopes to see a pilot of the program launched in 2020 at Cisco. Carlene uses her Time2Give hours to volunteer in her children’s classrooms, so that she can help inspire, develop, and grow the next generation of future Cisconians.
